Ambassador Su Ge met the delegation from Anton de Kom University of Suriname on March 2. The delegation is leaving for China to attend the Model United Nations Conference organized by Peking University. Speaker of the Surinamese National Assembly, Minister of Education, Minister of Social Affairs, President of the University, Head of the Students Affair Office of the University and Embassy officials attended the meeting.

Ambassador Su, on behalf of the Embassy, provided to the students part of the international travel expenses. He encouraged the students to work as envoys of cultural communication between China and Suriname and wished success to the inter-collegiate activities. Speaker of the National Assembly and Minister of education highly praised the friendship between Suriname and China, and expressed thanks to the Chinese side for supporting Surinamese students to participate international academic events.
