Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Suriname H.E. Mrs. Lygia Kraag-Keteldijk visited the Chinese Embassy on March 2. Ambassador Su Ge and Mrs. Li Jing, Counsellor Lan Chongxin and Cai Shuizeng warmly welcomed the group.

The guests and hosts had friendly conversations. Ambassador Su noted smooth development in the bilateral relationship between China and Suriname, and acknowledged cooperation from Suriname in international and regional affairs. Minister Kraag-Keteldijk and Ambassador Su both expressed willingness to push the friendly cooperative relationship between the two countries to a higher level.
