As of today, applicants intended to study long-term in China for academic degrees may apply X1 visas to the Chinese Embassy in Suriname. Please first fill in the application form and make an appointment online, then come to the Chinese Embassy to submit the application with a completed JW201 or JW202 form, an admissions letter (for new students) or proof for returning to school (for returning students), and other required documents. The relatives of the students may apply for family visits or reunion with the inviters’ passports and copies of residence permits, invitation letters and proofs of kinship.
