An Update On The Measures For Travelers To China
2022-12-28 04:51

According to the newly released The Provisional Measures On Cross-border Travel by the State Council Joint Prevention And Control Mechanism, travelers to China who will arrive on or after January 8, 2023 will not need to apply for health codes to Chinese diplomatic missions. Border crossing into China will be allowed upon negative PCR test results taken 48 hours within travelers direct trips to China. Please declare the negative test results to China Customs by filling the Health Declaration Form either on Wechat mini-program of China Customs (scan the QR code below)or at https://htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn/htdeclweb/home/pages/healthDeclare/declare.html, or via the China Customs APP.

The provisional measures will benefit economical and social development, and render people exchange more convenient, safe, orderly and efficient. They will optimize the prevention and control of the pandemic, not end it. Everyone should take the prime responsibility of their own health. Please adopt proper measures to protect against the pandemic during your trip to China.
